I've been long enough in this place, I think. It's time to get out and explore! Kertakth's round cell was no longer as accomodating and comfortable as it had been, it was quite cramped! She head-butted the interior wall several times until it yielded and she tumbled out onto squishy, green stuff. Nearby, her red brother was declaring his unwillingness to bond and she decided none were right for her, either.
She tossed her bronze head and stood shakily on her two rear legs, tucking her forepaws up against her stomach to aquire a center of gravity. Once she was sure she was steady, and after snapping playfully at a few candidates that approached her hopefully, she trundled off after her red sibling. There's too much to see and to do to be regulated by a bond! I want to wander where I want to, not where some boring bond-mate wants to! Kertak' cried to all who would listen, gaping her jaw in a toothy draconic grin and diving, snout first, into a bowl of meat.
Once her belly was filled, she sought a place to call home. Coming across two people standing with their bondmates, a large lightning-marked red and a deep purple, she plopped in front of them. You've been to interesting places. Take me with you! The red and purple dragons rumbled induglently while the woman knelt and hefted the bronze dragonet from the floor. "Not just yet, Kertakth. You need to do some growing first." she said kindly as the bronze draped her head across her armored shoulders and fell into a full-belly induced sleep.
Immediately upon arriving at the weyr, Kertak' latched onto Museitetsujinth, a fellow sponsored and bronze. Her darker mannerisims seemed to calm the younger bronze's hyper personality. Musei' was, willingly or not, dragged around behind Kertakth as a best friend and the responsible one. She even hauled her off to Star City when she redeemed her cyborware token, where Kertakth took it upon herself to sign Musei' up for a clutch on the sands.
Not long after they pair had arrived at Star City did Kertakth's traveling bug bite her in the rear. So she left in the night, unaware of the hurt feelings she left behind in Musei'. Her travels brought her to Cy Dragonstake, just in time to enter the Bipedra. One would wonder what drew such an utterly not evil dragon to such a dark event, but that one would not know Kertak' very well. She was the adventuous sort, ready to try anything twice. But even she was not ready for the darkness she encountered there...
