bumping into objects spouting off...

Why Are We Here?


Standing on a Bridge, I could hear the water rushing
I could see only darkness ahead. It was cold and dark...
I tried to remember...
Where did I park my car? Then realising, I was not only
in the car, but that I had also driven off the bridge into the
river...

Now, I have realized (too late mind you) that I forgot to
turn on my headlights....

But it doesn't really matter....

(confession from the webmistress: This one made me laugh
because I know of this crew we all do....Which one are you???)


The Captain has left the ship...

The pilot is wondering why the cook has runned out of canned
peaches..

The Ships Doctor has chosen to sedate himself with Prozac, and
Valium

The crew is in a state of false security, all the while the engine
room and lower berths are filling with water...

The lookout is sleeping in the crow's nest...

The radio operator is on hold...

Few of the crew have figured out what going on....but they
have been ordered to stay at their posts or they will be shot...
One of the crew looks out over the water and notices 3 lifeboats

The first with the captain and the first mate...

The second with the ships fool who was ordered to the brigg
for punishment...

The third with Sammy the stowaway, that thought this was
a pleasure cruise.....
