If it's not browser incompatibility problems then the Internet connection is usually either incredibly slow or invariably breaks down completely. Resulting in immensely annoying (and all too regular) disconnections. Worse still - and this is the major difficulty when going online with a Dreamcast outside of the U.S. - it's just too damn expensive.

As much as it would like to, dctv regrets to inform you that it cannot wave a magic wand and make these problems vanish. Instead dreamcastv sets out to make the online experience just that little bit more rewarding (and hopefully more attractive to use) by making DC Internet truly interactive.
We aim to take some of the pain out of surfing the web by at least allowing you to be creative and constructive with your Dreamcast (yet another console first). In short, dreamcastv allows you to make your own DC-Made Websites. |
There really is no excuse anymore not to get involved with DC Internet. You can easily set up a professional-looking site from scratch without ever investing in an over-priced PC (provided you're willing to put some effort in naturally!). |

Everything you see at this site for instance was put together using nothing more than a Dreamcast console, and with the advent of this site you too can dive right in! All of the web-based tools and resources gathered together here have been tried and tested for DC compatibility. And each has been painstakingly selected to enable you to take the hard work out of getting a website up and running. So go on - | |||||||
