Here the names of people who have done bad and terrible things to any of our members or the club as a whole will be put up and therefore will not be serviced or helped by us in any way. The reason why people are put up here may vary from refusal to pay on several occasions, via theft from a taxi member while being helped, to deliberately getting our members killed (yes that has happened!).
The current blacklist is included in all club annoucements.

1 complaint: warning tell.
2 complaints: warning letter.
3 complaints: Blacklisted.
Any further transgressions in this period will result in Blacklisting.
Note that the complaints will be kept on file.
Blacklisted players will be reviewed in the December of each year.
If the player is found to be reformed then he/she will no longer be blacklisted.
"Alts" are considered to be separate people.
1 complaint: warning letter.
2 complaints: Blacklisted.
1 complaint: Blacklisted.
Mudmail/email the details to the club president.
Copied to the vice-president.
Submit a log if at all possible.
1 complaint: warning tell.
2 complaints: warning letter.
3 complaints: fired.
You may not reapply to the club for at least three months.
1 complaint: Blacklisted.

For lesser offenses:
A warning will generally be issued almost immidiately.
First though, the logs will be studied.
For more serious offences.
The president will remain objective.
The defendent will be asked to respond.
Other witnessess "may" be called in.
Any logs will be examined in detail.
The difference between standard PK and deliberate targetting of a member will be examined.
If the defendent does not respond after a week then he/she will be assumed guilty.
Inactivity will be taken into account.
