The president has full control over internal matters and is responsible for upgrading the rules
and prices in the face of major and minor changes to the disc.
Major decisions must be ratified by a full member vote.
The president may run committee or full club polls in order to gauge opinions at any time, but
over minor issues he/she has complete authority.
Main responsibilities:
Monthly Purge.
Dealing with complaints.
Keeping track of changes to the disc that might impact the club.
Vice-President: Elanor the Wise
The Vice-President acts as a backup to the guild president.
He/she can handle complaints while the president is offline.
The VP acts as a second opinion and the President may run ideas by him/her.
Main responsibilities:
Dealing with complaints.
Assisting the President in deciding upon rule changes,etc.
Emergency Authority if the President should become inactive.
Taking part in committee votes.
Treasurer: Thanos
The treasurer is responsible for keeping an eye on club funds.
Should the funds fall below A$8,000 the treasurer will begin encouraging people to donate.
Should the funds fall below A$6,000 an annual membership of A$20 fee will be introduced.
As the current balance is well in excess of A$20,000 this is not a worry.
Donations are warmly encouraged though.

Monitoring club funds.
Assisting the Vice-President with withdrawals.
Taking part in committee votes.
Secretary: Pri Veridicus
The secretary is mainly in charge of public relations, although in truth the president would handle most issues.
Main Responsibilities:
Newspaper adverts.
Taking part in committe votes.
Honorary Positions
The positions of Head Witch, High priest and Senior Wizard were created to ensure each of the three major Guilds within Taxi have a voice.
While their only real task it to take part in committee votes, this task is still of vital importance.
