A Day Spent Grooming Horses with the members of the EEJAHC

On one of our first warm days this spring, members of our junior club put the information that they had just learned about grooming to use. Members broke into pairs and worked on horses at Tibbs Arabians. For most members this was the first time they had been on hand to see horses in their shaggy, north Idaho spring state. Youth members as well as some of their parents rolled up their sleeves and started the grooming task.

Above Right: Robyn was "lucky" enough to get to work on Khoquie by herself. She found that wearing a knit sweater was not such a good idea when horses are starting to shed.
