Eliyahs Message

Bible Study Page #3

Those written in the Book of Remembrance (also known as The Book Of Life), think upon His Name. Many people are so busy with their worldly things (image, money, etc.), that they think themselves "saved", by their attendance of church, minimal study of Scripture or just by seeing the Higher Power in nature. I do not know their "salvation status". I know a great trial is coming. It appears that those who lack knowledge of truth, will be deceived. The amount of interest people have in Him, could be reflected in the amount of concern He has for them. Those who love Him, naturally spend time with Him. Knowledge, that could gain them eternal life, is one of the by-products of that love in action.

BookLet us look at Revelations

Blessed is anyone who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein, for the time is near. Rev 1:3

To three of the seven assemblies, it is mentioned that: To Ephesos "...have labored for My Name's sake and have not become weary." To Pergamos "You hold fast to My Name..." and to Philadelphia "...have not denied My Name." Also note in those chapters that He detests the followers of other deities (Nikolaites).

Rev 7:3 ...hurt not...till we have sealed the servants of Elohim in their foreheads. Rev 9:4 ...hurt...only those who have not the seal of Elohim in their foreheads. Rev 14:1 ...having His Father's Name written in their foreheads.

As we see from the above verses the seal on the foreheads of those that are not to be harmed is His Name, Yahweh. Revelation 14:1 confirms this. Satan is also sealing people in his name, mark and the number of his name. Rev 13:16,17.

Rev 18 is speaking about Babylon and in verse 4 a voice from heaven is saying "Come out of her my people."

Babylon stands for confusion and much of the world has been confused by false doctrines and things man has changed in the Bible. Such as His Name. His Name is Yahweh. The Messiah's name is Yahoshua which means Yah-saves. He told us to call on His Name and we'll be saved. So is His Name important? Yes! Did you know that vain comes from the Hebrew word that means rush over, bring to naught, falsify, destroy or make worthless? So when He said "Thou shalt not take My Name in vain" He was saying "Do not take My Name away", "falsify My Name" or "make it of little importance." That is exactly what has been done by replacing Yahweh with God, Lord, or the false Jehovah, and replacing Yahoshua with the name Jesus.

When He comes people will be unprepared, because they never took the time to find the truth. Recall the story of the maidens who were unprepared for the groom. They called to him "Master, Master, open for us", but He replied "I do not know you." Matt 25:11

If the bad guy comes in the name of the Lord Jesus, we will know this is an error and hold out for the true Mighty One, who is Yahweh. I don't know that this will happen, but the message of Eliyah, along with many other Scriptures, makes it likely. Knowledge is helpful in any type of crisis. His chosen ones will have His Name in mind, or written on their foreheads (Rev 14:1). Recall that Rev 1:3 encourages us to remember what is written in this book. There is a reason we are to remember these Scriptures about the Name.
