Elyzabeh Musser's Gene Clark Art
Here's the new "Magic of the Troubadour Days picture. I found a more suitable and "timely-agewise" pic of myself and replaced it along with a pic of Gene that's taken in the same year. Hope you like it! '-)
If you'd like to have a t-shirt with the above, "Magic Days of The Troubadour: 1968 ~ 1978", image/picture on it, email me, ewarp9@mcn.org
and I'll put your name on my "waiting list". I've just begun this project; I've finally got the silkscreen. As I'm still in the process of producing product, it may take a bit of time. But I just wanted y'all to know that there will be t-shirts with this pic on them available. Please be patient...

This is Gene, in cartoon version, taken from drafts of my Lizard Land Comix, the prototype story is loosley based on my adventures from traveling "with" Gene and the Byrds' 20th Anniversary Tribute tour, back in May 1985.
Below is another, earlier, sketch I did of Gene. I later used it to make a poster and flyers to advertise a gig he did at the Caspar Inn, in "Mendocino Land," in December 1989. His show was solo accoustic, which was wonderful. I gave him one of the flyers, and he loved it. That was the last time I saw Gene alive.
Here is a digital image I made in a college class. I think this belongs here. Hope y'all like it. It conveys my feelings in a way that I think can only be "read" by
imagery.
