What information do we collect? Correcting and updating your details

What information do we collect?
The information we collect from you depends on what you're doing. When you apply for Eplex services we'll collect personal details such as your name, business number, email address, postal address and phone number. This information is essential for us to be able to accurately identify you when you access these services. We may collect other demographic information about you in order to help us better serve your needs and requirements.
Other information may also be recorded. Whenever a page is requested from our web server, we record the time, date and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the request, along with information on the browser software being used. We use this information to improve Eplex's technical structure and performance and it is not in any way used to specifically identify you.
Eplex also uses cookies - pieces of information that a website can transfer to an individual's computer. Cookies can make the
Eplex Sites easier to use by storing information about your preferences relating to your use of the Sites. Correcting and updating your details
The information we receive from you is kept in a secure environment accessed only by authorised Eplex staff. You have access to the personal information you provide to us and you can easily update that information.
