I uploaded my silly little MUD combat simulator, version 1.1...version 1.2 coming soon, and is much more filled-out....

A new year is upon us...
Did some minor touch-up work, updating, and re-direction of image references...
I now have begun working with the Video Games Museum, to which I have just submitted a monster Xenogears review; Their humble goal is to amass reviews of every video game ever made for any system, even as far back as the Atari 2600 and beyond...They are not "officially" ready for prime-time, they're still in the process of translating much of their site from Dutch to English; watch this space for more updates soon; If you wanna submit reviews, go to their sister site, The Zelda Headquarters and click on the "jobs" link.
I have also begun working with TAP: The Anime Powerhouse as an editor...I am also doing some translation work for the Langrisser Memorial group, which is translating the import games Langrisser through Langrisser V, the line of superlative strategy games which only surfaced in America in the form of Warsong for the Genesis.
Contemplated trashing the counters because they're beginning to depress me;( ...Did a long overdue, but minor, update; Scrapped a link or two for sites which I knew were gone, but didn't wanna let go...fixed more image problems; Preparing for a serious update in the next week or so...Started using a real html editor [Arachnophilia] instead of a WYSIWIG one...I still need more real html lessons, tho...^_^...Why an editor, you ask? Partly because it can still do Javascript and litle shtuff like that that I don't know how to do yet, but mostly because it has a "dual edit" mode which allows me to see the results of what I'm doing in real-time as I'm coding, rather than having to keep 2 separate progs open and constantly Reload the files...
Registered my site with the RSAC...there's precious little here for anyone to be offended by 8Þ, [Start political speech] but I believe that it is better for webbers [and game-makers] to rate themselves than to allow Congress to screw it up for everyone involved [End Political speech]...I also removed the meta tags which Composer threw in there...apparently, it tries to "take credit for" any pages so much as opened within the program, even if it didn't make them in the first place...rrrrgh...
Fixed problems with counters and lines either not showing up or appearing too big [I hope]; shifted the GeoGuides to pages bottoms so they wouldn't get in the way so much; I'll be getting a new, faster modem soon...thanx, AM....
Put the Lodoss War ep guide on hold until school starts again in late
August: my [really cool] British Lit 2 teacher borrowed it...then again,
this is the teacher who considers South park to be a [relatively] intelligent
satire of the sort of people who have nothing better to do with their
lives than to censor shows like South Park...er, I'm paraphrasing here ^_^;>...She
kicks @$$...I'll work on other ep guides in the meantime...and I'll probably
add reviews/overview of non-episodic anime such as Daggar of
Kamui, Kaze no Tani no Naushikaa [Nausicaa], and KO Century
BEAST...Wait a second...KOCB is episodic...it rocks, too...
Fooled around with GIFs again, reduced some overall page sizes to cut down on load time; shifted Anime Links to a separate page, they were taking up too much room...
Reworked the Episode Guide page into a "doorway"; added the first part
of my Record of Lodoss War Episode Guide, it should be done before the
end of this week...it better be, this is my last week at school for the
summer and my modem at home is broken...Added little bitty GIFs for EpGuide
titles so you can see what the fonts are supposed to look like ^_^;} ...
I used Federation Classic Movie for BGC and Dragonwick for Lodoss...they're
only 2 colors-black & white- so they're only 2k each.
Finished updating and cleanup; I will add a Lodoss War episode guide just as soon as a certain friend of mine returns my videotapes...^_^
Added an s3m version of Celes' Aria; added Final Fantasy VIII info and
some pics to the Games page; added RPGamer and
other site info to the same page
Did a major update and cleanup operation, then promptly uploaded the
wrong HTML files to my server, and couldn't put the right ones up for over
a week due to midterms and papers...#$^$#%^#$%@#$!
Did some long overdue bad-link checking; fixed problems with links referring
to nonexistent targets; fiddled with an image or three; actually thought
to u/l the ZIP files to my server, now if they'll only work properly...
Added a counter that actually works; added text versions of anime stuff;
fonts: Dragonwick, FClM, Groening, Enya [in ZIP format]
Added Episode Guide page; Added Bubblegum Crisis episode guide; *NOTE*: I made it so the only direct links to the episode guides are on the Anime page for a reason...The ep guides would spoil the surprise for first-time viewers...besides, I want you to check out my anime page anyway. So there 8Þ

I'm gonna try to squeeze in my search for new image files with my classes here at school over the summer...British Lit, no less...and also try to figure out what the *@#! is wrong with my modem at home...I am currently searching for a computer at college that will actually perform FTP as advertised...the Macs in the Language Lab think I'm sending blank pages, and I'm not sure if the PCs in the other lab even have the term "FTP" anywhere on their systems...It's all moot, anyway...If you're reading this, I've succeeded...
