broad international experience in projects of diverse
scale. I assist Real Estate Investors and
Developers in project / development management,
master planning supervision, architectural competitions
organization, and real estate property marketing. I
have directed prestigious developments,
international architectural competition, high-end
commercial and residential projects and large scale
master-planings in the Middle East, USA and EU.
My development management service advantages are
based on my broad international work experience (USA,
Germany, Kuwait, Oman, UAE, Portugal, Greece, Saudi
Arabia, and Hungary), American and European education. I
have worked on developments up to $27 billion USD
(Porto Jumeirah, Schutow, Palm Jumeirah, Saadiyat Island,
LSM City, Abu Dhabi Mangroves, Abu Shum Um Golf Resort,
Ajman Marina, Dubai Tennis Community, Untergohren Marina
Resort, Hawaii West Beach, just to mention a few).

In 1989-90, I held Chief Architect / PM position for
well known $29 million USD Bright Meadow Mansion. This
design and design management unique project was directed
by me for the Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutic Co.
co-owner, Mrs. Johnson. BM Estate is known today, as
Jasna
Polana Golf Resort
(Princeton, NJ).
Since 2001, I am dedicated to Senior Management roles in
PM, Design, Master Planning and RE Development.
