On
this field of architecture my credentials
include many new residencies designed and a
reconstruction of ~$29 million BRIGHT
MEADOW
(Jasna Polana) mansion in Princeton, NJ. Estate value: $124 million usd.
Formerly owned by a known art collector, Mrs.
Barbara P. J. (Johnson&Johnson Co.). Other
iconic villas: 750 SM (sq.m.) dworek Boksyce,
Sta Madalena, 7,800 SF Sylvester residence,
space planning to historic reconstruction of
~4,200 SM (sq.m.) Pilica palace, 8,600 SF
deWitt, historic Sta Clara residencies. I had a
pleasure of correcting villas design of the Palm Jumeirah
development in Dubai (images below). I was
conducting prestigious historic reconstruction
projects.
