just outside Tokyo. Roseya is the daughter of Diana(the
cat)and Maxx(the gaurdian of Darian). Roseya has on
sister whom is Sailor Cat. Rosey(when human)can turn into
Sailor Roseya. And she is the princess of the Galaxy
called "Lunar Crotashion"which is the galaxy of
the cat gaurdians. |

Roseya is
very friendly and energetic. She can be mean and she can
be as gentle as a new born rabbit. She gets very angry
when she is insulted and has the power to kill her own
soul if she gets out of controll. Roseya, in a way,makes
every one feel like they are celebs or something and
