Ultimate Weapons Each character has a weapon that can be considered his/her ultimate weapon. Each weapon has strange characteristics that allow it to pack an extremely strong punch, however materia is unable to grow in these weapons. Therefore you will want to use them but only when materia is mastered. Cloud – Ultima Weapon Cloud can obtain his ultimate weapon by destroying ultima weapon on disc three. You will first find ultima weapon hovering over a lake on the eastern continent (near fort condor) fly into it with the highwind and defeat the monster. Ultima weapon will then take to sky’s and will fly around the world map, follow it until you see it stop and hover over a feature. Fly into it again and beat it once more do this several times and after a few fights you will defeat it your reward will be the Ultima Weapon. Barret – Missing Score Barret's Ultimate weapon is found on the steps leading up to the sister ray just before you encounter Hojo. Barret must be in your party at the time or the weapon will not be there! Aeris – Princess Guard While wandering around the Temple of the Ancients you will find Aeris’ ultimate weapon just off the clock room at the end of the IV hallway. Tifa – Premium Heart Go to Bone Village some time during disc 2 or 3 and dig for normal treasure you should uncover a key that will allow you access to Midgar, once you have it enter the city and go to the wall market check the item shop, use the machine and you will obtain the Premium Heart. Red XIII – Limited Moon After taking Bugenhagen to the Ancient City, return to Cosmo canyon with Red XIII in your party. He finds Bugenhagen in pretty bad shape but walks away with his ultimate weapon! Cait Sith – HP shout During your second raid on Shinra’s HQ, you can pick up Cait siths ultimate weapon. It is found in a locker in the health spa on the 64th floor. Cid – Venus Gospel After the Rocket in Rocket town has been launched, talk to the old man outside the item shop several times and he will give Cid his ultimate weapon. Yuffie – Conformer When you have the submarine locate the crashed gelnika just off the coast of the gold saucer. Inside the generator room Yuffies ultimate weapon can be found. Vincent – Death Penalty After acquiring the submarine, you can reach Lucrecias cave, located behind a waterfall in a lagoon in the Nibel area. Visit the cave with Vincent in your party during disc two. Then during disc three return to the cave where you will find the Death Penalty!
