Ordering or requesting outfits from us is as easy as ever! By filling out the request form, we will have a costume for you ready in no time at all! Within days, you will be ready to strut your stuff!
Payment Information:

If you have not noticed, all of our costumes DO NOT have a set price on them!!! We do this on purpose due to the fact that everyone is at a different size and different measurements. It wouldn't be fair for a petite person to pay the same price as a person 3x their size would and vice versa!!! So depending on your size, the amount fabric used, and your location, we will give you the price after you submit your measurements in.

After all this is done, we will email you with the payment information and confirmation. And your costume will be made and ready to ship in a few days when your full payment is received. So don't worry about the time and the lack of quality of our work - we always try our best and to complete it in good time too!!!! And please be specific in your emails!! We will be using that as the basis for the costume tailoring. And for commissions, please include a picture as attachment or supply us with the html!!

**You can pay in full or in separate payments. We know that money is hard to come by these days so we offer payment plans/options. And payment can be split into whatever amounts you like or comfortable with! When the final payment has been made and there is no outstanding balance, we will THEN send the outfit out. So the discretion is really up to you as the buyer!

The only acceptable payments are:

Paypal (www.paypal.com)

Any kind of money order (you can purchase these virtually ANYWHERE)

Any kind of money transfer (Western Union, Money Gram)

Cash (sent at your own risk)

**Update*** WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS due to many people having "insufficient funds" creating "bounced checks". We will not HONOR personal checks anymore. We will forward all personal checks back to the sender.

Email us to let us know you sent out payment and please remember to specify what item you are buying along with your payment ***IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE UNITED STATES, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TELL US!***

Shipping Information:

Shipment of item will usually take place every Tuesday and Friday of every week depending on whenever payment is received. For example, if we receive your payment on a Wednesday, your item will be shipped on Friday. Shipping charges vary and will be charged according to weight of item(s), location (in or out of US), and packaging materials.

Shipping service options include:

* Priority Mail Service w/ delivery confirmation - this service will take 2- 3 days to arrive at your doorstep. However, delivery date is not guaranteed and will depend on the availability of the post office. Delivery confirmation service is soley for tracking purposes only.

* Priority Mail Service w/ signature confirmation - once again, this service will take 2-3 days depending on the availability of the USPS service. however, with signature confirmation service, a SIGNATURE from someone residing at the addressee's residence MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN for the package. If there is no one to sign at the time of delivery, the post office will keep it for 30 days. You must go claim it in person or it will be sent back to us.

* Standard First Class service w/delivery confirmation - this service can take anywhere from 5 days to 1.5 weeks depending on where you live and the availability of the post office. We have been advised by the post office that this service is one of the slowest and of the lowest priority.

* Express/Overnight mail - This is guaranteed the next day (in most areas) or 2 days in extremely rural cities. This service is fast and reliable and delivers on all days - even Sundays. However, the service starts around $20.00 and up. Signature is also required for retrieving this item.

* Global Priority Mail - This service is available to international customers outsided of the US. This service usually takes about 1 week to 2 weeks. There is no tracking number for the package once it leaves the hands of the United States.
