Luigi The hero of this story, he sets off to find Mario in a haunted mansion which is supposedly his. Mario This well known hero should have known better than to run into this mansion alone. Now he is trapped by the mischievous King Boo, waiting for his rescuer... Portrait Ghost These strong ghosts are found in certain rooms, and it is your job to recapture them for Proffessor E. Gadd. Click HERE to see a list of the ghosts and a picture. Boos These horrible creatures are the ones who've captured Mario, and you must capture them to rescue your brother. Professor E. Gadd This old professor lives outside the mansion, studying ghosts. He traveled extensively for a collection of some very unique ghosts, and trapped them in portraits.
