In psychology, philosophy, religion, and even martial arts
you will find complete systems of belief. An answer to every question, a plan
for every scenario. Each of these has their own telepathic network. Each will
feel right, especially if you want it to. Each of the devoted followers of the
above can tend to become zealots, willing to fight, hate, and even die for
their beliefs. In recognition of this, many have accept the philosophy that you
must choose your own path and what is right for you. I concur. Many have also
accepted that truth is subjective, that is to say that the truth depends upon
how you see it. Let me tell you a story, not about a man named Jed, but about
any typical guy. He got into a car accident, no one’s fault and nobody was
injured. There were at least ten witnesses who filed reports. This story is
fictional, but it does go on to prove a point.
When the case went to trial, the drivers were fighting the insurance
companies for claim money. When the witnesses were asked if there was broken
glass when the cars crashed they would tend to say no. However if they were
asked if the there was broken glass after the cars smashed into each other they
say yes. So which was it? They each believe what they remembered is the truth,
and to them the truth has not changed. Their truth is based on experiences, and
they each experienced the truth from a different perspective. Perspective is
like a colored lens coloring the perfectly white light of what really happened.
The truth is a constant. Locked in time. Time is a constant. What is
going to happen, what is happening, and what has already come to pass has
already been written. Only one who does not believe in Omni-sentient beings
such as The God of Abraham would believe otherwise. For an all-seeing being it
would be akin to us being like two-dimensional creatures. A third dimensional
creature could then look at us from an angle we could not, but most likely
could not experience life as we do. Nor would we be able to comprehend how it
experiences life unless we were to become three-dimensional. We have the
illusion of free will, and we must life in that illusion. We are faced with
choices all of the time, and it is up to us to make the right ones using our
gift of reason.
God has
given us the ability to reason. But it will fail if the all of the necessary
facts are not known. It is subject to all of the other impressions your
experiences have given you i.e. your perception. But God has also given us the
ability to recognize the truth. “True-Blue”, it is the way the Truth sounds
when spoken. Listen to the tone; you will be able to tell if it is an absolute
by the sound. Our mind also files memory with similar tones. Truth is more
easily accepted by the mind than lies. Learn to recognize the Truth. Seek out
universal Truths. Don’t fall prey to the five passions ego, lust, attachment,
pride and anger. Don’t let your heart be your guide or your intuition as it can
be fooled but another’s will. Use your reason to control your emotions and
thoughts.
In my personal quest for the truth, I came upon a document called the laws of magick.
I’ve added to that document, and branched off a smaller document I call Universal Law.
I believe all of those to be completely true, and would love to hear differing
opinions or calls for any additions.
