This town is known for its variety in scenery. This variety results in  many type of vegetations, and the most important forest resources is the worthy species called Zarbin (Botan. Pinus-sp.) which is sprid within 6 km in southen part of the town. The historical important "Fenderesk" region  lies in this district as a rural agglomerations. Horse breeding, horse racing,  weaving  local style fine red carpets and production of silkworm, handcrafts  such as colourful carpets of Namad and  Jájim, Shál, Termeh  saddle and so on, are all identity of this fertile region.

• The remains of ancient castle of Mâ rân (Aškânid dynasty, around 250 BC), ca 12 km south of  Râmiyân (on the main road to Šâhrud). This  castle  is situated on a hill with magnificent views.

• Gole Râmiyân, Flower park of Râmiyân,  with water fall and a natural pool with area of 7200 sq.m which has made a unique parade of this region. Gole Râmiyân   is siuated in the forest c. 7 km south-south  west of Rámián town.

• Zarbin forest is the most important forest resource, with many  type of vegetation specially Pinus-sp. (Zarbin) bushiness and beautiful wide leaves type which is sprid within 6 kilometeres, in southen  part of the town.

• A visit to the village of  Pâ Qa'le  (- De ž) which  is famous for production of silkworm, handcrafts such as namad and Jajim carpets, Shal, Termeh saddle and so on. Pâ De ž(- Qa'le ) is located c.14 km southern Râmiyân.

• Olang peak (2880 meter), some kilometers south of Râmiyân.
