| Hi. My name is Nathan (Nate) Pielstick. I am 13 years old. My birthday is Sept. 6th. I live in Nebraska with my mom and dad, and two sisters, Sarah and Hannah. Some of our grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins live here, too, which is nice, because we get to spend time with them. We have one dog, Cassie, who is part black lab and part Border Collie. She's about 1 year old at this time. We got her for Dad for Christmas last year (2003) for a hunting dog. She's a good "family" dog, too. She likes to play with us, and she's really sweet. We also have a black cat, named Stormy. We got her when it was storming outside and she'd camped on our porch, so we named her Stormy. | This is our fifth year of homeschooling (2004). My dad is the Principal and my mom is my Teacher. Dad always teases us about coming to the Principal's Office if we're bad! Homeschooling at first, was hard to get used to, for all of us, but it has also been fun. I like being home with my family and I like that I can work at my own pace. | I go golfing with my dad and grandpa, and when I was younger, they got me my own set of golf clubs. I played in a tournament once with my grandpa, and that was a lot of fun! I also like to watch golf on tv sometimes. My favorite golf pro is Tiger Woods! | We have a PS2. We have A Bug's Life, Frogger (mom's game!), Cool Borders, NFL Blitz, Madden NFL 2004, Gran Turismo 2 and 3 and several more. Mom and dad won't allow any violent games or anything with bad language. But that's ok, I'm glad. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| I haven't played much hockey, but I really like to watch the game! It's fun to watch. My favorite team is the Dallas Stars. My favorite player on the Dallas Stars is Mike Madano he has been to the all stars alot. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| This past year I played Major Leagues for my second year and that was cool, except I dislocated my right shoulder in a practice game at the beginning of the season! It was ok, though, I had some pretty nice physical therapists and I'm back to normal now. The Lord really got me through that one. Baseball was fun this year. | We earned some money a few years ago, to buy our own Basketball hoop, so we like shootin' hoops and playing basketball. My dad coached my basketball team once, when I was younger. I played basketball with the Christian school last fall. It was cool! We won the gold medal at a tournament! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| I love to fish with my family. We go to Victoria Springs sometimes, here and it is so pretty! I love to catch the fish and then we fry them for supper! It's fun to eat what you catch! There are big Bass there, too! One time, I laid my pole down in the water, and was going to get a worm to put on it, and I caught a fish without any bait on the hook! | This past season, I played football on our city league. It was a blast, or would have been. I ended up with my left wrist being fractured during our second game! I had to sit out the rest of the season. I did however, get a chance to be an assistant coach. That was pretty cool. I got to help get the guys ready for their stretches, I still got to run with them, and stuff. I did enjoy that. The first game we played, though, was so cool! I ran a 44 yard touchdown! | Sometimes we go to Bader lake in Chapman, NE. to swim. It's a lot of fun and it's a little more private than the pools. Bader also has a neat sandy beach you can walk on. My dad uses his hands as a diving board for us to jump off of into the water! It's fun! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
