			Granville Rescue Squad is a Volunteer agency specializing in treating and transporting injured and sick individuals to a primary care facility.  We have a primary coverage area including the towns of Granville, Middle Granville, North Granville, Hebron, Pawlet VT, Rupert VT, Wells VT,  West Pawlet VT and Danby VT.  The Squad handles about 1100 calls every year.  The squad is composed of 49 volunteers, of which 28 are EMT or higher, and 4 full time paid staff, who are all EMT or higher.  We operate 4 state of the art ambulances with the most updated equipment.  Our house is located on Potter Ave. in the village of Granville.  We are constantly looking for new members; interested people email or call the squad for an application.  Furthermore anyone is welcome to stop by to get an application or talk to our members to find our more of what Granville Rescue is about.
						Membership Requirments for Probationary Members: Valid NY or VT drivers license Willingness to abide by the rules set forth by GVRS Of age 18 or older
