M16 A1
The original M16 AEG design. This is the most basic model, with nothing special fitted. Although the outer barrel is sturdier than some others models and the battery door is great. Otherwise, it has very few metal parts on the exterior and is therefore lightweight for it's full size, rifle layout. Ergonomics are great.

M16 A1 Vietnam Version
Pretty much the same rifle as above, but fitted with more metal parts, at the expense of extra weight. Including sights, fire select and cocking handle. Yet the VN is still light for it's length and handles well. It comes with a 190 clockwork magazine as standard. The  pronged muzzle can become clogged with mud easily.
XM177 E2
The original colt carbine, is of similar build to the M16A1, with mostly plastic parts. Indeed, the muzzle and sights are plastic. It is nice and light compared to similar sized equivelants. The extending stock has 3 positions, but reduces the battery capacity, which is inside the grips. The front is not as strong as the A1 or VN.
CAR15
                                                                      AK47
This gun has been designed to be rugged and reliable like the original. Indeed, it is solidly built with no danger of barrel wobble (like some M16's). Far more metal is used in it's construction, than on most other designs. While the woodwork is actually a convincing resin. The angled stock is comfortable and accepts a full size 8.4v battery. The HOP control is excellent, with good trigger and grips. Although the iron sights can be rather slow to line up, due to the rear sights distance from the user's eye. The 600 high capacity magazines are great for support players and sustained firefights, however, they can hinder the shooter if prone.

AK47S
This model is identical to the above, except the stock is removed. The AK stick battey is fitted under the metal reciever. Attached to either side of the chassis, is a fold under stock. This is heavy and none too comfortable. Although, with the stock folded (or better; removed) this gun becomes excellent in a firefight. The lack of muzzle can allow dirt into the barrel more easily.

BETA SPETZNAZ
This carbine model has the full stock and shortened grips. The woodwork effect, is replaced by a black rubberised texture. The chambered muzzle results in a distinct report. A handy little 250 mag is fitted as standard and the rear sights are just fixed.

M16A1 VIETNAM VERSION
XM177 E2
CAR15
This is the smallest M16 variant, yet is as heavy as the VN rifle. It is very similar, using much of the same construction. The stock is same size as the XM model and is sprung loaded with only 2 positions. The outer barrel is not as strong as the VN or A1, as it uses similar parts to the XM177.
M4 A1
This is the first AEG in the second Colt range. M4 series have different construction, allowing it to field strip by pulling 1 of the pins out. This gives easy access to the barrel (for Cleaning/Jams). Barrel wobble is increased though. The M4A1 also has a removable carrying handle. When removed, it allows the fitting of a scope staright ontop of the reciever. The gun uses more metal parts than the M16 series and the stock has 4 positions.

M4A1 R.I.S.
The RIS model is identical to the M4 above, apart from the front grips are replaced by 4 RIS rails. A dummy laser is supplied, but is non working. The front grip is adjustable and removable.

M16 A2
M16 A2
This full size rifle is field strippable like the M4, but doesn't have a removable carry handle. However, the outer barrel is not as strong as the A1 or VN, resulting in barrel wobble.
SR16
SR 16
This Stoner rifle is the "top of range" Colt rifle. It takes a large battery and is more manouevrable than a full size rifle. No carry handle is provided, with just flip up iron sights as standard. The front end of the carbine is identical to the M4 RIS, although no dummy laser is provided. The casing is black rather than a grey effect.
