Dark Horse Comics provides us with one hell of a "comic-turned-movie" here, as the ever maniacal Larry Drake (!) plays Dr. Evan Randell. Dr. Evan lived a warped little childhood, which included his hiding inside his mother's corpse to evade capture by the fuzz! He later cut his way free, scarin' the piss out of one of the piggies! Well, Doc Evan's back in his old hometown of Moorehigh (than who?) and pickin' up where daddy left off: killing the local populous using some pretty deviant means! This guy's surgical arsenal is "unorthodox" to say the LEAST! They're the scariest things this side of Jeff Dahmer's toolshed! Well, after increasing my workload, Doc Giggles' career comes to an "explosive" end, although he returns in the standard cinematic way, only to be electrocuted and skewered by some of his own devices! So, go out and get this movie NOW! But, if you don't like it for one reason or another, don't expect me to refund your cash! It's your fault for listening to me! With that in mind, kill your families!
