This, the Fourth, and possibly, final installment of the FoD series, is hosted by some guy who was apparently a friend of the late Dr. Frances B. Gross. For some reason, the guy feels he owes it to Gross to carry on his documentation of death and all it's faces (hence the title!), so... he does. This one features a guy being Drawn & Quartered, a mutant leach, 2 (count 'em 2!) human sacrifices, and lovely bloody stumps! Also included are suffocation, mutilation, electrocution, cremation, and decapitation, all topped off with a dash of disembowelment! Unfortunately, it's all topped off with an incredibly lame theme song! Well, here's my view... the original FACES OF DEATH was Avant Garde, new, and exciting! But, as it grew to FoD2 and FoD3, it just went further and further downhill... Sure, this one was MUCH better than 2 or 3, but I'm a desensitized God of Death and Embalming! Carnage only goes so far w/o storylines or character development! Oh well, you can't always get what you want... that reminds me... time to kill the Rolling Stones! They're almost older than I am!
