Turns out that in 1969, some guy is sentenced to death for the rape and murder of 11 women. But, the guy says that he is the angel of darkness, and he will return to kill and rape the children... and thus begins THE STAY AWAKE. Tell ya what faithful followers, don't watch this movie... Do yourself a favor, and take my advice for once! If you never listen to anyone again, just listen to this one plea! Search out every copy of this movie you can find, and destroy them! Why? Because they guy does return to terrorize some girls, who are holding the female version of a H.O.P.E.L.E.S.S. party at their school to raise money (we never made money from our parties!). Instead they get assaulted and possessed by the "angel of darkness's" evil, demonic soul... the ending, in which the teacher and the demon have it out, was FAR too drawn out and pointless... which kept with the pace set by the rest of the movie! I curse the creators of this movie, it's financial backers, the video stores which carry it, and anyone who didn't hate it! I will be sure you all receive half-assed embalmings! ARGGH!
