1. When trying to contact us, please express yourself formally. I will not respond to any e-mails such as "hai aim xXxPikachicXxX, cann i juse you're site?!?!?!"
I don't expect you to use long, fancy words, but I stress that you at least spell correctly and use correct grammar for me to understand what you're saying.

2. Feedback on the site is always welcome, as long as it is done in a civilized manner. Rather than yelling at us for not having something you need, try to shape it as constructive criticism. We appreciate that.
