I was born in Massachusetts in 1934.I grew up and was educated in Brooklyn New York.As a child I spent my summers in Massachusetts with my Grandparents and move back here when I turned 21. I am a mother of 6, Grandmother of 7, and soon to be Great Grandmother of 2. I have also had 1 Foster Daughter, 4 Foreign Exchange Students, and 1 Foreign Exchange Chaperone in my Home. Wow...when I look at it this way I wonder how I had time to do anything else! But I did have time for lots of things.
I was a "working mother" before it was the norm.
I had to use a computer for my work and was instantly fascinated with them and wanted to learn more and more.I went back to college with my oldest daughter and youngest son and took a course in Turbo Pascal.
I have recently acquired Paint Shop Pro V5.0 and have been playing with it...(not much housework done lately)The background on this page and some of my other pages borders were done with PSP...and if this old gal can do it ...anyone can.
Besides Computers, some of my other interests are: Ponds and Water Gardens,Crocheting,Cross Stitch and Machine Knitting.
