Junior
Leaders
The
Junior Leaders course is a personal and career development programme for highly
committed SNCOs over the age of 17. During several weekends and one 8 day camp
over an eight month period, students on the Junior Leaders course will be taught
a broad range of subjects designed to develop their management skills and equip
them to lead adults in real life situations.
