Gettin'
Jipped - TV Guide
James didn't make it into to the final round of Nominees for Best Supporting Actor In A
Drama Series for the TV Guide Awards.
Of course, SMG, DB and BtVS also didn't make the final round. Only Alyson Hannigan. So
kudos to her for her nomination and for representing the show. Hopefully she'll win.

Toy Buffy Cars - watchers.web.com
Coming in March 2001, the
Johnny Lightening Buffy/Angel Cars will bring together minatures of several vehicles seen
in the shows.
Included are the Starlight Black 1959 Desoto driven by Spike, the Quick Silver Flat 1963
Citroen used by Giles in seasons 1-4, the Starlight Black 1967 GTX preferred by Angel and
the Skyline Blue 1957 Chevy belonging to Xander's uncle Rory and seen in The Zeppo.
No sign of Oz's van, Joyce's Cherokee Jeep
or Cordy's sporty 'Queen C' Chrysler - maybe in the second wave?
From E!online.com's The Awful Truth for nov/2nd:
James Marsters might play sneaky vamp Spike on Buffy, but the dude
was simply self-deprecating when he performed a short set at 14 Below in Santa Monica.
James, who wore ghoulish makeup for the Halloween-themed show, revealed his jitters
between decent performances of somber Nirvana and Bruce Springsteen songs.
He lightened the mood by noting his need to practice more songs and pointing out his
distraction during one tune because "my ex-girlfriend just walked in." He also
recognized why he got the gig, even though he's far from a professional musician.
"It's great to be on TV, because they let me come here and play, and all of you show
up," J.M. said. "So cool."
