（２）Kennelly-Heaviside Layer該電離層的存在是在1902年, 由美國電氣工程師Arthur Edwin Kennelly和英國物理學家Oliver Heaviside,
幾乎同時且分別獨立提出的，heaviside作為一個姓, 恐怕本意還是從heavy變出來的可能性更大些。作為一個非科學專業人
員, TS.E想必並不知道heaviside layer只是Kennelly-Heaviside Layer的簡稱,而這樣的簡稱想必是因為對於英語國家的普通來說,
