A world of surprising possibilities with the link system!          Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life's "Forget-me-not Valley" and Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town's "Mineral Town" are a world apart from one another...by using the link cable, these two towns can become connected! Villagers can travel back and forth, new exclusive events can occur and many new surprises will happen.

Here are some pics that show how the link system works. The first picture shows Ban, the merchant, in Mineral Town on the GameBoy Advance and then Ban on the Gamecube. The second pic shows Ru, the innkeeper, on the GBA and then again in the GCN. In the information provided by Natsume it says, "new exclusive events can occur and many new surprises will happen." I am hoping that these "new surprises" include the ability to marry someone from outside of your village (namely Ann!) Perhaps people can move from one village to another and you can get different vegetables from the other towns to grow on your farm and sell for higher prices.
