Cocoon Fleet Command

Fleet Commander

The Fleet Commander (Fleet CO) is usually the rank of Fleet Admiral and can be reached at . This position is filled by an experienced player that is elected by the members every twelve months.

The Fleet Commander is the head of the administration and has the final word on all administrative issues, unless vetoed by the Ombudsman and brought before the Council.

The Fleet Commander is the head of the Cocoon Fleet and its Personnel, assigns Commanding Officers and First Officers, commissions and disbands units, and has the privilege to make high promotions and awards.

Fleet Executive Officer

The Fleet Executive Officer (Fleet XO) is usually the rank of Admiral and can be reached at .

The Fleet XO assigns missions and provides the continuity of the clubwide story arcs. He is responsible to uphold the established history for future reference and development through his Game Masters. The Game Master organization of the club is under his authority and he has final authority on decisions concerning Fleet canon and mission orders.

The Fleet XO is encouraged to work closely with the unit COs and XOs when designing mission orders and fleet-wide story arcs (preferably using the CO/XO list for this).

Chief Training Officer

The Chief Training Officer (CTO) is usually the rank of Commander and can be reached at .

The CTO is the Commanding Officer of the USS Destiny, the Fleet's training vessel, and is responsible for training all new players. He is directly answerable to the Fleet PO.

Fleet Game Master

The Fleet Game Master (Fleet GM) is a non-RP position and can be reached at .

The Fleet GM is responsible for gathering weekly situation reports from the various units of the fleet and compile them into a digest for Fleet Command and the players to provide an overview on the current activities.
