What
types of services does H.O.M.S. plan to implement in the
future?
-
A full-time, fully staffed Islamic woman’s shelter providing housing, medical, and financial
assistance to Muslim women, and their children who are homeless.

Pursuing and securing financial, and medical provisions for residents through
donations, government resources, and other social services.

Advocacy to network with housing and other organizations/agencies in systemic areas
that impact the circumstance of poverty, unemployment, and declining economic
resources among Muslim women.

Muslim Community Network for job

A second-hand thrift shop which will be
a means of financial support to H.O.M.S., as well as provide jobs to
residents

An Islamic daycare facility which will
also be a means of financial support to
H.O.M.S., provide jobs to residents and provide safe low-cost
childcare in an Islamic environment to sisters who are employed.
