If you have found this site because you know grief my heart goes out to you. May you find within these pages some measure of comfort in knowing you do not walk this path alone. Those of us who have lost, especially those who have suffered the unthinkable with the loss of a child, do not have to carry our burden without the help of Another. Perhaps you feel that no one could possibly understand your unique circumstances and to an extent you are right, but we have One who indeed knows the very depths of our suffering and offers us His unconditional love. He will walk with us through the "valley of the shadow of death" and carry us when we do not have the strength to go on. He is our Comforter, our Friend, our Guide...an ever present help in times of trouble. Perhaps you are angry at God. That is okay too. We may come to Him as we are and He will not turn us away. I pray that through your seeking, God will make himself known to you and that you will indeed find true and everlasting life through the gift of God's son Jesus Christ.
"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship
or persecution or famine or nakedness or sword? As it is written:'For your
sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be
slaughtered.' No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through
him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither
angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,
neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to
separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
