Taking Care of Your Rabbit
Rabbit Check List

* Make sure the water bottle is working and make sure the bunny has fresh,
clean water.  When hooking on the water bottle make sure it is the right height
for your rabbit, not too low or too high. Make sure the little ball that they lick
is not stuck inside or stuck so that it does not move. Do not let the bottle get
moldy, wash it out so that it stays nice and clean.
* Make sure the bunny has fresh food every day, not moldy or old.
* Make sure the rabbit gets grass hay (such as Timothy hay, Barmuda Grass
etc.) several times a week to keep the rabbits system moving. Make sure the
hay is not moldy. Mold can kill a rabbit.
* Hold your rabbit or feel it often so that you know what it feels like and that
way you can know if your rabbit gets skinny.
* Make sure the tray stays clean and fresh smelling. We have heard that a dirty
tray can make a rabbit die because it is not good for a rabbit to be smelling a
strong ammonia smell.
