JUMP
Do not fall
into the black abyss
unknown and alone.
Jump with me
take my hand.
We may fall and crash
onto the pointy rocks below,
or we may soar into the sky
on angel's wings we never knew we had.
Jump with me
over and away
from the harsh blinding light
that stings and burns
and blurs the sight
Landing softly
on a carpet of velvet moss
near babbleing brooks
under a ceiling of
trees and stars
with lightning bugs
showing the way
Jump with me
close your eyes
take a breath,
spread unknown wings
and soar above and away
into all that may be
with me.
