Odiseo is a free Java desktop environment licensed under the GPL. Odiseo 1.0 wants to be a desktop for the Jos system. But Odiseo in not only a desktop, Odiseo offers a multitasking envioronment for all java programs. With Odiseo you can execute several java applications in a unique virtual machine. For example, JExplorer uses Odiseo to execute any (executable) jar file (See JExplorer home page).
