My professional training is in organisational psychology. When most people think of psychology, they think of clinical psychology. That branch of the discipline assumes that individuals have a problem that needs to be dealt with. In contrast, organisational psychology examines the way that individuals behave within groups, particularly larger organisations. It assumes that people are psychologically healthy, but it is the organisations that need treatment At the moment, I work for myself in my own business called KOALA Consulting and Training. Here is my resume. |
