Jim Fabris is a writer and writing coach in Austin, Texas. He has a Master's of Arts in Teaching and eleven years of experience teaching high school, five of them teaching AP English at Austin ISD's prestigious Liberal Arts and Science Academy. He currently works freelance for Pearson Educational Measurement, the developers of the TAKS tests and the upcoming End of Course Tests, and for Educational Testing Service, the developers of the AP and SAT tests.
