In April 1999, I started using one of ShapeRite's weight management programs. I started taking Fibre System Plus which was later folled by Tri-Lite Plus. Eventually, I began taking MPower 52. When I started the program I was 175 lbs and a size 16. After 5 months, I have lost 25 pounds and I am down to a size 10. I have never felt better about myself.
