Lease

The lease is an agreement to abide by the Arizona Landlord/Tenant Act. In addition, Barcelona Manor Condominium Association has a number of rules which must be followed. (See "Rules" for specific examples). Some other provisions I have added:

A reasonable amount of nail holes are permitted in the walls, without penalty.
Security deposit is $250. All refundable if the unit is returned clean and undamaged.
Late fees are $2/Day after the 5th of the month. Rent is payable via mail only.
Tenant will pay any fines imposed by Barcelona Manor.
Rent for One Bedrooms is currently $450/Month.
No rent increases ever, while tenant occupies the unit.
Minimum lease is 6 months.
