Homelands Districts and Colonies
From 1996 the Kingdom was organized into districts, prior to 1996, the Kingdom was organized into states.
On October 21. 2006 a new system was adopted, to ease the organisation and to shrink the administration;
The Kingdom is of now branched down to two Grand Duchy's; The Grand Duchy of Northern Homeland and the Grand Duchy of Southern Homeland.
The former Districts in each of the Grand Duchy's have merged to form larger administrative units; Duchy's (Norwegian: Dukii(Dukiier) ) . The former Districts are no longer administrative units, but still bare their name as Counties (Norwegian: Grevskaper) , thus being the seat of noble House's (Counts/Viscounts/Barons/Baronets and FreiHerrs).
Each Grand Duchy is organized into four Duchy's. Each Duchy varies in number of Counties (former Districts) from one to five.
Each Duchy is headed by a Ducal House, representing the Monarchy, and a Governor, representing the Presidency and Parliament.
