| Bella's pedigree is every bit as shining as her cousin Kita's. Her father and grandfather, Justin and Casey, were also part of the 1994 all AKC Malamute team. Her other grandfather, Quest, is a Champion in many countries and was the #1 Malamute in 1995--his only year showing in the US. February 2006--Bella is 2nd in her weight class for 05-06 AMCW season despite missing a few pulls January 2006--Bella completes her WLD December 2005--Bella completes her WTD August 2005--Bella goes WB at Elgin KC show for first points! March 2005--Bella wins her weight class for 04-05 AMCW weight pull season despite her season being short (motherhood calls!) February 05--The ultrasound promises puppies! She's showing early... October 04--Bella completed her WPD requirements March 15, 04--Bella turns 2! February 04--Bella clinches the 3rd place ranking in her class for AMCW's 03-04 weight pull season--her first season pulling February 21, 04--Bella placess 3rd in her class at her first snow pull, the Northwoods Championship, Eagle River, WI February 7, 04--Bella sets a new personal best, pulling 2310# in 12 seconds, earns 2nd place at Ocnomowoc, WI January 3, 04--Bella finished her WWPDX requirements pulling 1300# in 15.10 seconds placing 4th of 15, Madison, WI October 21, 03--Bella places 1st in her class at the AMCA Regional pull, earning her WWPD title, and winning top % pulled October 20,03--Bella places 2nd in her class at the AMCA National pull, earning her 4th WWPDX leg and winning top % pulled October 19, 03--Bella places 1st in her class at the AMCA National pull, earning her 3rd WWPDX leg and winning top % pulled October 18,03--Bella places 2nd in her class at the AMCA National pull, earning her 2nd WWPDX leg and winning top % pulled October 17,03--Bella places 2nd in her class at the AMCA National pull, earning her first WWPDX leg |

| Showing her versatility, Bella enthusiastically has taken up lurecoursing. Hard to believe just hours earlier she was in the show ring. At a height just shy of 24 inches and a weight of about 65 pounds, she's not a big girl but trying to hold her back when she sees that lure go is one heck of a challenge! | Bella at the AMCA National weight pull in Knoxville, TN. She has passed on the torch to her sons who did extremely well at 2006 Nationals week: *Ike, who won his class in the Regional, took second in the National and Interstate weight pull earning 3 WWPDX legs in classes of 17 and 19 dogs. He finished his title at Cedarburg in February 2007. *Vinnie, who earned a couple WWPDX legs AND placed 4th in the Working Dog Showcase in a really tough group. Vinnie and Ike were the youngest by 3 years. *Travis, who placed 3rd in the Interstate weight pull and had an awesome run on the jumpers course for the agility competition. |
