All About Kristin

Kristin Fray (nee Garnaat) was born in Phoenix, Arizona.  She graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Music Therapy, and is attending the University of Kentucky for graduate work in Clarinet Performance.  Kristin lives in Richmond, Kentucky, with her awesome husband, Kyle.  They are expecting a baby next July.  As a result, Kristin seems even more clumsy than usual. After completing her masters degree, Kristin plans on pursuing a career in clarinet teaching and performing.

For a previous month, click here: January-March 2005 April: April 10: While I was backstage at Eric's recital, I hit a music stand during the Webster 5 Pieces (sorry Eric!) April 9: I fell off the sidewalk. April 7: While I was making dinner, I accidently spilled the pepper in the Chicken Parmesan breadcrumbs.  It was spicy! April 7: (cont) I accidently dipped my hand in boiling water while making spaghetti to go with the Chicken Parm.  Luckily, it was for less than a second, and my hand didn't get burned. April 7: (still) During counterpoint, I went up to the board to write a fugue subject.  When I was done, I demonstrated my great coolness by making the "You Rock" guesture.  Then, I proved my lack of coolness by tripping over someone's backpack.
