My mom passed away May 30, 2003, Of battling cancer for 9 months. What a hard thing to watch and go threw. But Praise be the Lord, Mom is in Heaven with OUR LORD..
Amen to that.

I will always, Miss Her..Her Smile, Her Ways, Her Everything. But I know she will always live in my heart.

Threw the ups and downs..Mom is always Mom.

Time is precious. Live your life to the fullest, and definitly stay on the straight and narrow path.And seek the Lord's Guidedence...Seek His face always.

Mom is in good hands...Amen to that.

The Lord is so good. He says he will never leave nor forsake you.

In such a trying time, one never knows day to day, I have learned something else in this trial.

I have learned to live and love for today, because you never know when someone you love will not be here anymore.

I have learned how people choose there own thoughts, whether good or bad.

I have learned what family is and who sticks together closer then a brother.

I have learned what a friend is, someone who puts that person first and would always honor, to do the right thing in there eyes.

I have learned in such pain, that the truth will always set you free.

I have learned that your past is just a beginning and your future is just a thought..But now is the time to see things more clearly.

I have learned many will be companions but only one will stick closer then a bother.

I have learned no matter how people see you, that God created you for a purpose.

I have learned that many people use there words unwisly and yet why is that?

I have learned to laugh, cry, love, learn, even though, some may think, you have to do them,in there order.

I have learned to be myself.

This list can go on and on, But I am thinking you may beable to even add your own.

The most important thing I have learned is

Love is greater!

God's Love and Ours

Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God.
Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son
into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God,
but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends,
since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God;
but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

The Beatitudes

Now when he saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside

       for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely
say all kinds of evil against you because of me.

I will always love my mom and miss her...But do know she will always live in my Heart.
How my Mom got to know Jesus....in a nutshell
Bless her heart,

Seven years ago, I came to the Lord, my whole life changed,
including my relationship with my mom.

But over all the years we talked, she asked questions and I always tryed to
answer her in the right manner.
Even when we agreed or disagreed.

This past April, I remember one day her calling me from the Hospital, letting me know all who came.
And she was saying some names, who were from church..mind you, she always said who visited, but this was different. She seen something and so did they.

She was asking questions and telling things. And I explain some things as best as I could.Well not to long later when she was home she called and she said
something about being born again.

I told her as the conversation from the hospital, what and how it meant being born again.
and she said.. and I am quoting...I am Born Again!!

I remember asking her to repeated it..so the girls can hear her. And then I remember telling her to bare with me, I was shaking ... It was beautiful. And I also remember telling her, that is all I needed to hear.

We talked, and she said to me...And I quote.. "You didn't know?? I am your mother, you thought I wasen't listening??"

I found out from her, no matter what, she knew she was so sick and she said she cried out to the Lord.

But in the last few months, I remember her calling me the nights she knew I went to church and asking me all about it and me, asking her if I can pray and her and her saying yes.

And I remember a few phone calls that she was part of, that she was also telling people she was born again.
There is so much to the story and I can write a book, but for now I will end here with this.

I prayed and prayed and prayed for my mom always.
And the Lord knew her first and knew if her name was in the book of life.

I tell you this..Pray ceasinglly...always pray for your loved ones salvation.
Even when you think it will never happen. You just do your part and pray.

The Lord Bless you and keep you
The Lord make His face to shine upon you.
And be gracious to you
The Lord lift up His Countenace upon you
And give you Peace.

Salt and Light

"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its
