am starting this page, as part 2 from the Anxiety page.
Thought it would be easier, plus I wouldn't have to change everything around. If you just came here maybe you would like to see the Anxiety Page . I am writing this because of, Yes I can list all the names and symptoms and feelings of anxiety. But I am thinking if you got this far, you may already know. And if not check out the anxiety page in sites and there are listing to see what you may be looking for. This page is just Bit's & Piece's...Hope you enjoy your stay. |
Well I say Bit's and Pieces, Because here I will tell you
about,haveing no support or maybe trying to tell other's,yet they
don't understand,( how can they) It took us a long time to
understand. And to let you know, you are not alone.
" Having no Support "
Is really hard , when going threw this.
You try first with family member's and yet this is the responce
you may get back.
It's all in your head.
There is nothing wrong with you.
You are doing to this , to yourself.
Just do it.
those are only a few...
But someone in this state of mind,
Dosent really, take this as support.
It kind of add's to the way we were thinking already.

Something to think About "
I have noticed, at least in the Family, no one else wants to talk
about it, I mean if they have it or if they know, of someone.( I
am talking strickly in the family) Yet when you observe , You can
listen to what, (who is saying ,what)..Like who is afraid of this
or that. And who shows symptoms, And believe me, if you pay
attention, you can see. Well I may be the first in the whole
family or I may not? But I am willing to keep shareing and let
others come free of this bond, that holds us down.
"
Helping one Another " The Do's & Dont's
Like Ephiesians 4:2,3say's..Be completely
humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the
bond of peace.
Meaning, well say if you are a mom. or if not think on a mom
level for a sec.
If your child was hurt, You would go to him,You would comfort
him, You would want him or her to be well. That is a kind heart.
Or anyone you love dearly.
When dealing with someone with anxiety
"The
Do's"
Reach out, for get your self for that moment.
You can try, a Hug.
A listening heart.
A Time and a moment, to care.
Let the person know, everything will be ok.
Everything is in the moment, I am here with you.
Give confidence, and understanding,
and ask if you can help.
( when we tend to open up) we will let you in.
An important thing, if you know someone struggling with this, is
"Read Up" on anxiety.
You will learn in an instant what it is all about, and how you
too can help.
One step at a time and one day at a time.
On my Anxiety page there are some sites that do explain what it
is, if you do not know.
This was just a few..

Dont make fun of them, they are really
struggling with this.
Don't say..Oh this again.
Don't be rude
Don't be uncareing
Don't be ashamed for the person,
There is no reason, we are real, just like you.
We just have a struggle, but who don't?
The only way we get threw things if we face it,
And what a better way,( to not )...".Face it alone."

Exercise- even if it is just taking a walk

Let me tell you
about Midwest Center From Attacking Anxiety. I had done this program in 1996, After a while of doctors and med's Anyhow, I have learned alot. I didn't take the program as some cult thing, It explains how to relax and to turn whats if's in to so what's. tape by tape, It explains things, and with others, so you can hear there storys. The reason I am telling this is because, Yes , I am a Christian, I put my trust in God. But I beleive God, puts people where he wants them. (Coincidence?)Just like if you were sick you would reach out to a doctor. And back then, When I didnt
understand what was happening to me, and the doctors just
want me to take Medicine. And one more thing, Taking medicine is ok. As long as you are monitored by Doctor |
Let me tell
you about today:
Today, I put my trust in the Lord. He is my strength,
I still deal with Anxiety here and there, but I look to,the
Lord, "For in my weakness be His Strength."
This is a support eGroup for people
affected by or with Anxiety Disorder or Panic,anything
related in that catorgory. It is open to anyone
interested in making new friends, sharing information and
providing support maybe for yourself or someone you know.
Being there for a Friend...A Friendly Place to be. A place to share and talk and even vent..Also to guide and be there for eachother. out is a Good thing
Here is a Prayer, from a Good friend, that I keep in my Bible
and I see it everyday. I wrote it on a index card.
And remember "Always Pray for one another"
And let your Gentleness be Evident to all
Father, in the
name of my Salvation, Jesus Christ, you have given me, the gift of the Holy Spirit, to renew, strengthen and guide my thinking. Fear and Anxiety are a tool of satan, not of my Holy Father. In the name of Jesus and by the authority of His shed blood I comand the spirit of fear and anxiety to leave me and my home and go to the place that you, have created for them. Thank you My Lord... Amen |
