The OP, Part IV (Remas)
+7 Days: Two riders approach and Nivak sends Axtrica ahead to investigate.  They are wearing black plate armor.  Jezeg can see that their armor bears symbols of Tzeentch.  They walk their horses up to us.  One dismounts and challenges Growlyn to a one-on-one duel.  Growlyn shies away from him.  He then turns his attentions to Nivak who engages him in small talk in an attempt to talk his way out of certain death.  The Chaos Knight asks him to point out our party leader and so the evil knight turns his attentions to Jezeg who denies his challenge of a fight.  The knight finally turns to Axtrica and insults him and his race until Axtrica feels no other option than to engage him in the name of honor.  Axtrica swings.  And the rest of us join in.  Growlyn is the only one able to draw blood -- and it is only a nick.  I make a most impressive swing -- on myself!  The knight orders us to stand down and move out of his way.  Of course, not all of us are quite so eager to oblige.  Ilmarian charges back in, as does Goldor.  The knight knocks Goldor out with two shots.  Axtrica pulls Ilmarian out of combat.  Nivak goes into a frenzy at the sight of Goldor going down.  Vladimir and Roustov charge back in.  The other knight who is still mounted on his horse comes around and knocks Roustov, Vladimir, and Nivak unconscious.  Ilmarian miraculously stays upright and conscious through three of the knight's attacks.  They trot off.
Battle Records:
100-Rolls = 1 (Lillay chops into her right leg...again...with a 19 point shot).

+10 Days:
Ilmarian has been mocking me relentlessly since our encounter with the Chaos Knights.  Encounter a border patrol bearing the flag of Remas.   They inquire of our business and welcome us into their lands.

+1 Day:
Late that night, we see the lights of the city of Remas.  We push on and take rooms at the Wet Maiden.  Nivak tries the money-saving tactic of suggesting that our tag-alongs sleep in a flophouse.  He is out-voted.

+1 Day:
Nivak ventures off by himself to see if he can gather any information about the Orange Passion presence here in Remas through less than public means.  Vlad and Hern almost come to blows over the power of Manann.  Vlad storms out of the room in frustration at Hern's insistence that Manann is good and powerful.  Axtrica challenges Roustov to a friendly fistfight and wins the match.  Jezeg invites Bernardo and I to visit the Myrmydia temple with him to pray.  Nadon and Caradryan go equipment shopping.  My long-lost crossbow has finally been replaced!

+1 Day:
Nivak checks back in with his contact to find out if they've found out any information about the Orange Passion.  They ask for more time.
Notable Quotes:
"blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, long live molvania.  Amerika Rules!!!" -Dave

+2 Days:
Nivak checks in again with his contact and they tell him that they've exhausted their efforts and have nothing to report.  We begin to wonder if the Orange Passion is even still here.  Vlad and Caradryan team up and go to visit their respective temples to see if they may be able to shed any light.  The temples say they do not know of any chaos cult residing within the walls of this city at this time or anytime they can recall.  Hern instigates Vlad's wrath by "helpfully" suggesting we seek the guidance of the Manann temple.  Blows are almost exchanged again.  And Jezeg and Ilmarian take Hern aside and warn him off of mentioning Manann in Vlad's presence.  Axtrica and Ilmarian visit the Morr temple and turn up nothing as well.
Notable Quotes:
"And damn is he hot!  ...That was Growlyn" -Scott in reference to Ilmarian.

+1 Day:
We re-discuss our options at this point while enjoying drinks in the tavern of the Wet Maiden.  Caradryan and Ilmarian overhear a near-by table mention strange happenings at theVerena temple.  They join the other table and discover that the head of the Verena temple hung himself from the balcony of the temple just that morning.  Jezeg, Vlad, and Caradryan go to the Verena temple to investigate this strange news.  Although odd and disturbing, there doesn't appear to be any foul play in the matter.  They find out that the sketch of the Orange Passion medallion had previously made its way through all the members of the temple and that the head cleric would have seen it.  This arouses our suspicions.  They make their way to the Morr temple to see if there is any further information to be gained about this tragedy.  No one is able or willing to give anything beyond that they are still investigating the matter.  Nivak goes to his underground contacts once again to reveal the news and suspicions of this morning's events.

+2 Days:
The Verena temple releases the official word that the head cleric's death was in fact a suicide.  We pay our tribute by attending his laying-out.

+2 Days:
We wait until the day after the burial to go back to the Verena temple for further information.  The clerk there says that the personal belongings that Antonias had on him at the time of his death were all in order and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.  The clerk also states that they have no knowledge of a Bram's Antiques shop ever being in business here in Remas and no knowledge of a group by the name of the Orange Passion.  It seems that Antonias was a quiet man who kept mostly to himself.  The clerk does not know of any friends or enemies that his former leader may have had.
