The following items were added to the Micro-Kat site...
The bottom of Micro-Kat has finally been covered with glass/epoxy. Epoxy may be a strong coating, but it sure is difficult to work with and twice the chore to sand. Any time spent in making sure you have a smooth finished surface with no sags is time well spent ...the sanding to smooth is very slow going. I am getting inspired to pick up the pace on this project when I look at the picture taken over the bow and see the beauty of her shape. Next Sand, Prime with Zinser, and turn her over.
Since the Spring equinox we decided to put the Micro-Kat project on hold for the summer months....the dragonfly awaits...
