Chapter 6 The sound of the water running from the shower made Sky relax.  Her exhaustion was getting the better of her.  "I’ll just lay down here for a minute.", she thought to herself as she stretched out on the bed.  She soon fell asleep.  Jeff finished his shower and got dressed.  He walked out of the bathroom to see Sky had fallen asleep.  "Great.  Now what am I gonna do.", he thought to himself.  His head was starting to pound again.  He laid down on the other side of the bed.  He watched her sleeping.  She was so calm, so peaceful.  He wished that he could know the peace that showed on her face.  He soon drifted off to sleep. The next morning, Sky woke up around 9 o’clock.  She sat up and remembered that Jeff had been in the shower when she fell asleep.  "Oh no, please tell me he’s not in  my bed.", she said as she slowly turned around to see him lying next to her. "I guess that shot that line all to hell.", she thought to herself.  He was still asleep.  She watched him for a moment and then went to the kitchen to fix some coffee.  As she was standing there waiting on the coffee to finish, Josie walked out of her room.  She said something but Sky couldn’t hear what she said.  "What?", Sky asked.  "Huh?  Oh I was talking to him.", she answered slowly.  "Him?  You brought that guy home?", Sky asked with concern.  "Yes, Miss Holier Than Thou. I did.  I am human you know.  You might take a lesson and try it sometime.", Josie smarted off.  Sky couldn’t say anything because she knew that Jeff was in her bed.  "What? No speech?  No, Josie that’s not very responsible?  Sis, are you okay?", she smarted off again.  "What’s the use?  You’ve heard it a thousand times.", Sky rebutted.  She cringed slightly as she heard Jeff’s cell phone ringing from her room.  Josie’s head snapped up to question Sky as she heard a man’s voice coming from her sisters room.  Sky just shrugged her shoulders.  "I don’t believe it.", Josie said smiling.  It wasn’t that Sky never had boyfriends or anything, she just always tried to set a good example for her little sister and never had a man stay over before….before Jeff.  Jeff sleepily grabbed his phone and answered. "Hello?" It was Matt.   "Hey bro.  I’m sorry I didn’t come back to the hotel last night.  I hooked up with this   really cool chick and well, you know."     "That’s okay.  I didn’t make it back either."     "What?  You went home with the doc?"     "It’s not like that, Matt."     "Hey, what ever you say.  I’ll be back at the hotel in a couple     hours."     "Okay.  I should be back then.  Later."     "Bye." Jeff sat up in the bed and rubbed his sleepy eyes.  He stood up and smoothed his hair down, then started to make his way into the kitchen. Sky lifted her mug and filled her mouth with coffee just as the man exited Josie’s room and entered the kitchen.  She looked up to see the young man.  As she saw his face, she got choked and spit coffee everywhere.  Jeff walked into the kitchen at that very moment.  "Doc?!?", Matt said in disbelief.  He looked up and saw his brother, "Jeff?!?"  Jeff looked up at him, "Matt?!?"  Sky busted out laughing.  "Will somebody please tell me what’s going on here?", Josie asked as she was very confused.                    Last Chapter ..*..
