Ghost Whispers

by
Jill A. Terry

Shadows of My Soul (2004)

The soul that is released
When death falls upon us
To  what dimension is it released.....

Could it return to this place.....
This void we refer to as life

To retouch those it loved and left
To embrace them at another's hand
To make the motions without them being aware

Only to be seen by those whose souls
It has already touched....

And being revealed.. much too late-

Don't Forget Me

By Jill A. Terry
Source: Shadow of My Soul,  p. 70

What  do you do when you  go away....

Do you take me with you on your silent days
Is there a part of me that always remains

You say you think of me
More than you write
That's comforting to know
But does little to easy my mind

You have your whole life... I know nothing about
The way you really feel... I have much doubt

You have your whole life..I know nothing about
The way you really feel... I have much doubt

You say this will be whatever it will
In case you forget....
The name is Jill-
