Do describe to the best of your ability the "error message".  You will be given a ID number to refer to.  In most cases, either a couple of reasons might explain the difficulty.  Be sure to include the operating system and browser you are using.  And if possible take a screen shot of the error and attach it to the e-mail.

Here is an example of a typical responce from the Help Desk:

Subject:  student who is not currently showing up

Closed: Fwd: ID# - i2________ student who is not currently showing up
This is to inform you that your Student Help Desk request has been closed. The attached email contains resolution information provided by the technician assigned your issue. If you have additional questions or comments please address them to the email address or call the Masters Institute Student Help Desk.
